Thailand: Riding Ostriches

Thailand!
Hi everyone! We are on our second day here in Thailand and have already had a blast!!
About a month or so ago, we were trying to plan where our next Visa run would be. We prayed and really desired to go to Thailand hearing how great it is but all the places we knew about were too expense to fly too. One day Phil got a message from a long time friend, Rachel jokingly asking us if we wanted to go to Thailand for her wedding. Rachel & Caleb both work with a ministry in Montana but Caleb's family lives here in Thailand as Missionaries. Phil replied and with "yeah, we actually are planning to take a trip in January and will come if you can find tickets under (such & such amount)." Only through God did she look some up and found us tickets within the week!! So here we are!
Phil and I have such an honor to attended their wedding Saturday! Rachel and Caleb are two amazing people. It has been so much fun hanging out with them. It feels like we've been friends forever.

Our Room
We have been so blessed to stay a couple houses down from Rachel and Caleb. A Veterinarian Missionary also named Rachel opened up her home to us to stay in.
Her house is so comfortable!
Keena, lives here too!
Phil and I have had so much fun playing with her!

Its really tropical and warm here! What a nice break from where we live!
Don't they have beautiful letters!?

Lunch in Town! In Thailand they typically don't use Chopsticks. They use both the spoon and fork to eat at the same time. However, Phil and I are so use to using chopsticks we couldn't break the habit.

We Hope to have lots more pictures to put up by the end of the week!
God has certain put us through a wild journey! Following Him is not easy but it sure is exciting and worth it!
Praise be all to God!!

Love and Miss you all!!

Yours from Thailand
